| CCDC President Richard Lauder has spent 18 years in the custom building industry, beginning his career as a carpenter. Now he specializes in ICF construction and installing in-floor radiant heating systems. Honest and reliable, his standards make him a favorite among architects, contractors and people who understand this industry.
His wife completes the picture by bringing her innovative design and marketing background to CCDC.
The couple’s emphasis on quality set the tone for the rest of the crew – CCDC’s extended family. Richard and his team have a combined 45 years experience on the job – working side by side for 18 years of those years. They share the same values about getting the project just right. The Lauder teams are well-trained professionals and certified installers of Fiberglass Pools, ICF and radiant in-floor heating systems. And this team excels at the difficult, unusual jobs where you really need the accuracy and care that comes with experience.
Located in Ontario, Canada, CCDC is a member of the Toronto Construction Association, the Greater Toronto Homebuilders Association, and the Mississauga Homebuilders Association.
Richard is a hometown guy. He was born in Toronto, and the Lauders operate CCDC from south Mississauga, just west of Toronto.
CCDC is a family business, owned by the Lauders. The Lauders were blessed with 3 children, one of whom has Down Syndrome. The family strongly believes that awareness of Down Syndrome is the alternative cure and strongly supports groups that help people with Down Syndrome live dignified and productive lives! | |
