According to the “Portland Cement Association” the forms cost $1 to $4 more per square foot than a typical wood-framed house, which runs $60-$100 per square foot.  But the payback comes in heating and cooling efficiency, which in trims final building costs an estimated 25 cents to $ 3.25 per square ft.
