CCDC is a family owned & operated San Juan Dealer living in the Lorne Park area of Mississauga. Myself- Richard with my wife Elizabeth (& sometimes our 3 boys) along with a fully trained league of guys – supply & install San Juan pools.  Having 24 years of custom home building we are fully capable of building  Waterfalls, Pool Houses, Decks, Fences Concrete work or anything else required to create your individual backyard oasis!! CCDC also can handle the future care & maintenance program of your pool if desired.

Our price does include supply & installation, permits for everything required such as gas, electrical & pool permits.  Like I mentioned our company is quite capable of doing landscaping &/or the building of pool houses, decks, fences etc.

Being a family company with a pool ourselves, we are very aware of water safety. Therefore included with every pool we install we arrange for a Saint John’s certified instructor to give your family a certified CPR course at your convenience in your home.  We also attached a child- safe “Magna Latch” to every gate opening surrounding your pool. (The Magna Latch gate closing device is recommended by “Today’s Parent”-June 2006 issue)
